Shipping and Delivery

We ship via UPS to ensure the best care with your one of a kind earrings.

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach UPS dropoff. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.

After your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can still take up to 4 business days, Expedited orders can still take up to 3 business days, and Rush orders can still take up to 1 business day to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

We ship out orders Monday-Saturday 

UPS Ground: estimated 1-5 business days 

UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day (guaranteed orders before 12:30 pm est time m-f)

DHL Worldwide Express: estimated 1-3 business days

Tracking Information

Since the customer will receive tracking information via email when the label is created, tracking information is not available right at the moment of purchase and takes 1-2 days or sooner for the customer to receive it. 

Please note shipping fulfillment can be delayed on holidays and on sale days due to large number of orders. Express orders are always sent out as scheduled.

We do not guarantee responsibility for packages that have been reported as “Delivered” by the carrier and will review on a case by case basis
